PRINCIPAL GENERAL RENTING CONDITIONS
1) WHAT DO WE RENT ?
The houses we rent are principally second homes or rental homes of private ownership. Before we accept these houses for rental, they are thoroughly checked to make sure they have the necessary characteristics of the tourist type. All of the houses have an honest description along with a photograph, so you can make the best possible choice for your needs.
2) DUTIES OF THE OWNER
The owner is by contract responsible for the good functioning and condition of the house. If during your stay, something breaks down or ceases to function, the owner will assure that the problem is resolved immediately. If the owner is not available, the agency will take necessary steps to repair the fault. 3)
DUTIES OF THE TENANT
The tenant must respect the house and location as if its his own. At the end of the period of rental, the house must be left in the same condition as it was found. Any damage will need to be paid for at the end of the visit. The tenant needs to respect the given arrival and departure hours. The tenant needs to adopt a moral behavior, avoid at all times disturbances such as excessive noise.
